  • prohiitin neverworks.making drugsillegalcauses 100%of the problems.

  • Not all blame should be on cigarette companies. I blame the "It won't ever happen to me" attitude...

  • It is a habit that feels sooo good yet it hurts you oh so bad.

  • the number of cigarette smokers and alcohol drinkers far exceed the number of illegal drug users cause cigarettes and alcohol are legal and readily available. Marijuana, crack, meth, heroin, shrooms, pcp......... alcohol alone and tobacco alone outnumber all those drugs combined when it comes to users. Education doesnt do much at all. By those results, banning it DOES work. Its the best thing your gonna get to stop the use as much as possible.

  • banning things works way more in stopping people from using it than education. Even with all the education against cigarettes and all the anti tobacco ads and regulations against cigarettes, theres still far more people smoking cigarettes than marijuana, cocaine, crack, heroin, and meth and any illegal drug combined BECAUSE cigarettes are legal and readily available while those other drugs are not. No one is going to jail for possessing cigarettes like they do for crack.

  • at 15:04 what commercial or movie is that and who is that smoking?

  • it's simple. you can't put it on addiction. either you smoke or you don't. I quit suddenly and had no problem doing it. And I was a 20 or more black dunhill (the thoughest ciggaretes from dunhill) per day, I did it cus I wanted to, and addiction was the smallest problem. All you have to do is really want. Addiction is shit against human will power

  • electronic cigarette is the answer to the tobacco problem. you can keep your habit if you are heavily addicted and loose nearly all of the bad stuff like toxic chemicals. the switch is almost completely painless.

  • Two days before World No Tobacco Day, help a local NGO in the Philippines battle tobacco industry interests and push for the passage of a better tobacco tax measure. If passed, the law will help government raise funds to meet its MDG targets. Please like our page on Facebook: Tobacco Tax Reforms for Tobacco Control (TTRTC).
