How To Jailbreak iPhone 3GS on 3.0 - PurpleRa1n

This tutorial shows you how to Jailbreak your iPhone 3GS on firmware 3.0 using GeoHotz' PurpleRa1n method.
Go to http://purplera1n.com/ and click on the windows logo to download the file.
This works on Windows Vista and XP. There is not a Mac version available yet.
If iPhone gets stuck on restore mode, close purplera1n and re-run purplerain.
I prefer iTunes to be closed. You must be on the lastest iTunes version, 8.2.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support

this will remove the ASL.dll error,

ur obviously running itunes 9.0.1 or above,
