材料 / 花枝漿 400g、馬只150g、香菜 適量、潤餅皮6張、麵粉30g、海苔1/2張、麵線1小把
調味料 / 糖 1/2小匙、胡椒粉 少許
做法 /
1、馬只去皮,香菜洗淨,馬只剁碎擰去部份水份,香菜切碎備用。
2、花枝漿拌入馬只,香菜放入調味料充份攪拌備用。
3、調和麵糊,將潤餅皮攤開、花枝漿鋪於餅皮上成長條形,捲起並用麵糊封口。
4、麵線用海苔條將兩端捆住備炸。
5、起油鍋將花枝棒、捆麵線炸至金黃熟透,撈起麵線裝飾於盤中,花枝棒切段擺於上即可。
