The Time Lords Watch: A Doctor Who Fanvid

I own nothing, make no profit, and all copyrighted material belongs to
it's respective owner. So now, I can fully and utterly blame
tardis_stowaway on LJ for suggesting it after another fanvid I made.
Never mind that it worked out well, and instead we have how the Time
Lords turn a little dangerous after being stuck in a watch.
Well...unless it's the Master, in which case you're messed up anyway.
