Here we have some freight seen at Slateford Station on the 13th and 14th October 2011:
1. DRS 37038 & 37229, ''Jonty Jarvis'', power through working 6M50 Torness - Carlisle on the 13th.
2. Freightliner 66513 powers off the suburban line working 6Z08 Leith - Longannet on the 14th.

Thanks for watching :)

  • Lol Coal dont worry you can put the truth here its not coal its nuclear waste,Network Rail are just terrified of their own shadow great vid though

  • @resigamer17 No, there really is coal here! The flasks contain Nuclear waste, spent uranium fuel rods which are being transferred to Sellafield Processing plant. This is the first train you see. The second train hauled by Freightliner is loaded coal straight off the ship at Leith Docks headed to Longannet Coal fired power station near Stirling.

  • Nice video, especially good to see 37038 working again. It failed the week before and had to be rescued by a 66.

  • @CeTrains ah ok good video though cause most people post flask workings as coal cause there was a massive hooha about someone using the word nuclear last time, and people have done it in their vids now

  • gd vid
