  • When we walked into the arena field just after 11am, this line-up was just finishing a sound-check, and they burst into the first verse of Come All Ye as I was walking past the stage, and the surprise just about lifted me off my feet - it was perfect! Chris While did a really great job of subbing Sandy. The whole Liege and Lief set later in the evening was just wonderful. Fantastic weekend.

  • Thank you for posting this! What a treasure! Would have liked to have been there. I hope this performance was filmed or taped for release as a DVD!

  • is there a proper dvd of 2007 cus i was there and want to see it again trust try get tickets now there running out!

  • I was standing right in the middle in front of the sound tower. What a peformance. I never thought we would see and hear Swarb playing like that again. The man is a marvel.

  • Watching this made my hairs stand on end. I haven't listened to this for over 20 years. I only have this on vinyl so I can't listen to it! It's great to see this. I wish I had been there.

Chris does brilliantly. It must be pretty scary to sing in place of Sandy.

  • I was there, just round to the right of where you were. I was there. I'm so glad I was, what a night.

  • wish I could have been there... very special and golden

  • You must have been standing right next to me! Great night!

  • Your absence was noted Koen, we wondered where you had got to. Mark F from the FoF stall....

  • I don't think so...BBC Radio 2 more likely...

  • You RT fans in the UK are very fortunate indeed. Perhaps the broadcast will make it to these shores in some form...someone will surely post it on YouTube. I have to think that RT and the band will not be overjoyed about that likelihood, what with the lack of remuneration such a posting would mean. But hey, I'll get L&L any way I can!
