Such a shame injury marred his career, Murray, such a quality keeper who never (or only once) played in the Premiership or for his country. I remember clearly we were singing "England's Number One" from that moment on and if only he'd have got a year in the Premiership he'd have challenged the other keeper's for that England place.

And just where are Sheffield United now? Back in the Championship and currently throwing a hissy fit because they were too crap to stay up. Say what you want about West Ham, if your team had actually been decent you wouldn't be in this position.
As for Matt Murry, yes there are 4 or 5 English keepers better than him, but they all play in the Premiership. The fact is that he is the best keeper outside the Premiership and will one day be playing for England because age is on his side.
