@azuritet3 remove the phone from your office, and stop trying to sell people things they don't need.

@tonysgrey yes it is rude. if i go into a place and see a salesman shirk another customer who needs help, whether they are in the store or on the phone then i think 'what if i was that customer?' and don't shop there anymore, and i complain about it online. furthermore, the phone itself is a distraction. if you are that worried about the customer being distracted and suddenly realizing that they don't need whatever it is that you are selling, then you need to do two things.

that is so rude, you never let the phone ring. the person in the store is already in the store by letting the phone ring you just lost a different sale. if the people that you are talking to see you being rude to another customer then you just lost two sales. moron!
