I have no doubt Nefful Malaysia might have a great product to sell at 5-star price. But Nefful Malaysia's customer service is so bad that we need to take all the stars away.
* accuse member damaging defect item
* take 2-3 months for exchanging defect item. claiming that only Japan office can approved the exchange. Then Japan office should set-up an online service or store to serve us direct, since Nefful Malaysia are not able to serve their customer.
