Jacqueline Pauly is the Assistant Director of Curriculum Development for the Rural Preparedness Consortium. Ms. Pauly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas with a focus in International Business, a Master's degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Missouri and is pursuing a graduate degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She has extensive experience in developing and delivering training programs for various public and private sector venues. In addition to developing and implementing training programs for the Department of Homeland Security, Ms. Pauly developed courseware and managed training projects valued over $1 million for a major technology company, delegating workflow to over 100 field trainers. Ms. Pauly also developed training programs that were centered on preparing individuals for obtaining employment in the private enterprises of market economies and implemented them in educational institutions located in China, Romania, and the Republic of Georgia. Ms. Pauly's professional memberships include the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation Public-Private Partnership, known as the Infraguard.
