Week in week out, our lecturer Dr Tom Hickie, brought in cheese, crisps, nachos, dips, fruit, chocolate, soft drinks, and a crate of wine for the class. As the wine got to our heads, we pieced together a celebration of a semester of Criminal Law under the tutelage of this high-on-life guardian-of-the-innocent defence-counsel.
