One of Scotland's true talents, even when covering the Suicide classic.

This is from the BBC2 TV show called Riverside. I think this performance was broadcast in 1983? The band line up is: Malcolm Ross - Guitar (ex-Josef K & ex-Orange Juice, soon to be a member of Aztec Camera). Alan Rankine - Keyboard (ex-Associates). David McClymont - Bass Keyboard (ex-Orange Juice). But who is on Drums?

I agree, he is a national treasure. But even the Brits don't appreciate him. Makes me wish I was a Scot too!

There is something so warm about Paul Haig's personality that just radiates out of the screen here - I guess that's why he is more than just a pop star, but a national treasure.
