هو مشروع من تصميم ثلاثة طلبة في قسم العمارة بجامعة الكويت

عمر الراجحي
وذلك ضمن مادة تصميم معماري 4 وتم ذلك في عام 2008
وهو يتضمن مينا ومنطقة تجارية وحديقة داخلية
حيث يساعد على حل مشكلة الازدحام بالشوارع والتشجيع على التنقل عبر البحر

such project can be included in the future urban development of the City of Silk or in Boubyan Island development. other than that the project may not see the light.
