is there something you know of that has the same energy as fighting fires and paramedic work? like working in an ER at a Level 1 Trauma Center? or at an inner city public high school lol? i'm sorry you are struggling with another career change. i'm in the same boat. is there anything you can take to counter the fatigue? oh brad, i admire you so much. you help me get through my own physical shit that i don't really vlog about so much better because i know you've fought hard and conquered twice.

@Zedie36 I don't know for sure what is going to happen but I am exploring all the options.

I am taking Iron and Folate now and charting changes in my blood work but so far not a big help. I started cardio but the doctor told me to go even slower, which is just about stopping. I know my body better than anyone so I will take it one day at a time. Keep fighting through the physical battles or maybe stop fighting and find another way to get the job done. Thanks Ami. Thank you so much for this Overdue Update. You LOOK GOOD! Thank you for the reassurrance that you are still in remission. Ouch on the hernia. It is understandable that you would be depressed following all your illness & treatment, physical changes, limitations & frustration. You are functioning, good for you. Yes, the medication regimin is arduous, but sounds like it is working. Anemic = fatigue, are they helping with the anemia? Your limitations may NOT be "forever." God love ya'. Hugs.

@Hearten7 Thank you so much for your encouraging words. You are a great Momma. They gave me iron and folate fr the anemia. Not sure if it helped that much. I guess it's a small price to pay.

@freshlycharles Growing like a weed. Hair went from curly to wavy now straighter than ever. It's fun to have different types of hair in one life time. A small consolation prize. You look wonderful as usual.

@angaloo23 I started with Florinef. Changed to Midodrine (Proamatine). Also they make pressure stickings that look just like regualr socks. They help a lot if you have to stand a lot.

what med are you on for your low pressures? I'm having heart problems and have low pressures and it really increases the side effects of my heart medication. I'm in the same boat with career change due to health issues. It's tough, I'm struggling with it as well. Hang in there!
