Oh - nostalgia . . .

Curve put on a great show @ Irving Plaza on Irving Street near Union Square in 1993 or 1994. So long I can't remember. Some kid tried to grope on Toni after crowdsurfing, cutting short their set. I crowdsurfed 6 times and caught a smile from her as she grazed my hand on my 4th, 5th, and 6th pass. Then some person tried to pull off my stitchless Doc Marten steel-toe wingtips. The NY Post next morning wrote that I kicked that person in the head for his efforts. GREAT SHOW!

At least from the early 80's till now i can recall bands that went under the radar and were really under appreciated. Curve is a band that is iconic in my vote.

@Dellboyflyer The Cocteaus are phenomenal and have contributed great, great sounds to the genre without a doubt so its all good. However, this song in particular always evokes powerful emotions from me in ways that easily equal every great sound from all other members of this & every other genre. I hope the scene continues to produce equally magnificent music that we've been so very privileged to witness these past 50+ years. Long Live Elektro!!

@LAGERUNG3 Agreed LAGERUNG3. After 30 years of buying music, this is one band I keep coming back to. Second only to the Cocteaus in my opinion

@MozMTH I appreciate your diligence there Moz but I must disagree. Curve, Lush, Cocteus, MBV are all very important & equally immortal.

wow the early 90s really had cool music

Hi, presumably you like School of Seven Bells? Made me think of this when I first heard them a couple of years back

Can you believe this sound was created 20 years ago? Amazing, eh? Great, timeless music lasts forever...

by 'comeback', you mean it's been long enough that the kids weren't around when these songs were around the first time, right ?
