Have been looking for the exact recipe, telling how much of each ingredient, but I can't find it. Does anyone know where it might be found?
The cake looks very good, but Hillestad makes one mistake. She bakes it at 165*C. The melting temperature for sugar is 186*C. This can be seen in the movie, where the uncaramelized sugar remains on top after baking.
If the "body" of the cake needs to be baked at 165*C, then the sugar should be melted afterwords under the grill, or with a blowtorch.
