http://www.feldmanshepherd.com In July 2009, attorney Daniel S. Weinstock , of the Philadelphia trial lawyers firm, Feldman, Shepherd, Wohlgelernter, Tanner, Weinstock & Dodig, announced that a civil lawsuit was filed July 21, 2009 on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Slutsky of Penndel, Pa., for the wrongful death of their two-year-old son Daniel against the owner of a daycare center. The complaint said that Daniel was left locked and unattended in the back of a Toyota Sienna Minivan with the windows closed for more than six hours. According to the allegations in the Slutsky vs. Shvartsman, et al complaint, the daycare center owner, Rimma Shvartsman, forgot Daniel was in the back seat of her minivan on a day when it was more than 80 degrees. By the time Daniel was discovered in the vehicle at the end of the day, the efforts to revive him were unsuccessful. He was pronounced dead at Saint Mary's hospital upon arrival. KYW-TV CBS 3 covered the case as all the details were unveiled.
