CQC7 Part 2: Airsoft CQC/CQB Competition, Hostage Scenario

Close Quarters Combat 7 was a team-based Airsoft CQC/CQB competition for teams of 6-12 operators. Each team faced 3 unique scenarios. In this scenario, the teams are challenge to rescue a well-guarded hostage in the basement of a meat packing plant, before it's too late. She's being interrogated by the mafia, if they can't buy her testimony, this walk-in freezer may become her grave.

Rumor has it, that the scene commander over heard one of the guys on the teams say he was surprised that they hadn't been getting yelled at...

So he yelled at them.

Keep that in mind at CQC 8, never suggest to the guys helping running the event that they could be a bit more hardcore... cause you'll get "more hardcore"

@Rentax007 Rumor indeed. This is Gunny we're talking about, nobody has to make a suggestion that he be more hardcore, he'll take it to the next level all on his own... whether we ask him or not. LOL

@MrMopply What's wrong with throwing a chair? He's the scene commander. He was acting. He was kind of pissed off. And, throwing chairs is fun.

At 6:26 it looks like the team member from East Side Rangers gets told to go down by a referee/judge because he got hit. Was he hit because he moved alone and wasn't covered for that space to the right of the staircase (and because he was shot from a hostile hiding there?). Similarly, what would a proper procedure be to clear that long stretch of hallway right after exiting the bottom of those stairs -- while being fired head-on and possibility from that space to the right of the stairs?
