(Brawl hacks) Flamethrower FLUDD - Project Smash Attack [PSA]

This is a very small PSA hack I made. The voting for next character is over. The results are:

1st: Prime Samus (Suggested by madaman0017)
2nd: Aura Pika (Suggested by glovestrong48)
3rd: Phantom wings (Suggested by bodfe34)
4th: Shadow queesn peach (Suggested by Tgoogle222)
5th: Marth (Suggested by bebabq)

Prime Samus' moveset was suggested like this:

- Screw Attack can be used multiple times, also larger range
- Charge Shot Changes
+Shoots 3 Shots when not charged
+Shoots 3 Green Laser shots when medium charged
+Shoots Arm Cannon Fully Charged when fully charged
+Higher Overall Damage
- Missiles Now Contain Ice
- Super Missiles Contain one Big explosion, followed by a radius of cluster explosions a split second later
- Bombs now have more power and electricity damage
