-_- every single time I do this it works well until the main bend bit, My hands aren't strong enough and I hit the ground with a 'bang'. Which is awkward when your at your dads house and it's a flat!

I have the same editor I think (permier elements)

@jazzyandfriendz think of limbo when you do your back bend or have someone hold your back a bit to help you get the feeling or go on a couch and practice like your standing :))

People are so nieve! This is simple! DO NOT BE AFRIAD! But, I don't blame you. My first time, I was scared. Put a pillow behind you , if you are (It might slide, though)

Guys..The way I do it is different. Its easier, too. When you start, you put your arms straight, reaching for the sky. THEN you start going back. Otherwise..You might kill yourself xDD Oh! And first, you guys really have to stretch your backs. And wrists. It will make it MUCH easier, and you wont really feel the pain. Dont go too fast, but at the same time dont go too SLOW. With your arms up, if you fall, you will just land on your arms. Easier, yes? :D
..ITS CALLED A BACK BEND b.a.c.k. b.e.n.d hahaha not to be rude but

Hey I got question. Is this exercise bad for your back?
CrabKing05 9 months ago
@CrabKing05 For most people it will be good for their back building strength and flexibility. But it CAN be overdone. If you move into pain stop immediately.
