The Star Spangled Banner on Native American flute and buffalo drum. This is not at all an easy song to do on this flute with it's 1-1/3 octave range. I hope i did justice to it. American Indians have always disproportionately served in the US Military, once a major enemy.

Enjoy and happy 4th of July

  • breaks my heart to see an indian desecrating our ancestors using their instruments to play a song celebrating the people that murdered them. this is possibly the most disrespectful thing i have ever seen. this song was probably played as they were raped and murdered. this may have been the last song they heard. it may pain them even in the afterlife. i only pray that my ancestors don't have to suffer the agaony of hearing you spit on their memory. i bet your christian too.

  • @yien Wow that is a lot of baggage you carry. Must keep you from going anywhere in life. Good luck with that. You don't have a clue about anything. Mellodramatic to say the least. You have a problem tolerating anyone else how do you expect anyone to respect you?

  • @Nickidewbear By the way, many Natives have sought better than the casinos and the reservations, as my great-great-great grandparents sought better than the shtetlach.

  • @yien How are your casinos and reservations? In all seriousness, get over it. I'm of a more oppressed people than you, by the way-- not to mention among a segment of my people who are oppressed by our own on a continual basis--, and you don't see me kvetching and utzing every Anti Semite and Antimissionary to death.

  • beautiful

  • you let them die in vain

  • @LoneGranger actually i am doing quite well in life. the memory of my ancestors is not baggage to weigh me down, i carry it with pride. but i'm sure life may be easier dumping it & assimilating. i always heard that the slaves in the house serving lemonade had an easier life then the ones picking cotton. but i would rather die on my feet than live on my knees. besides, nothing you said discounts what i said. they did unspeakable things to us, and you not only join them, but recruit for them.

  • :( It moves me deeply!! AWESOME :( Nothing else can be said! Thank you for creating such a powerful video.

  • you have created a wonderful video ty for

    sharing it

    ~walk in peace~

  • I am not an american and I feel sadness for the country for that it noticed too late that the Indians, the native Amerikans, are basically the roots of their land...

Beautiful song, but it kinda makes me sad...
