He didn't mention the shitty ancient Torsion Beam suspension it has. Toyota should do a better job updating the Corolla. A vehicle that has sold so well should be made better, not worst.

The XRS is because it can come with a 2.4 liter engine where the S can only come with the 1.8 liter engine. But, they're both good cars. :)
