when did he promise to get out of Afghanistan? I heard him promise to INCREASE the troop strength on Afghan- that's the #1 reason I didn't vote for him.

this is an occupation, not a war. whatever it is, we've already lost. bring them home now.
We should have learned from history that when you try to force western culture upon the people of Afghanistan, you will ultimately fail....Especially when our method is installing a corrupt dictator hated as much as Cheney.
