I'm curious about one thing.

Would you have had HBK go over Taker clean? Taker's characther was super human at the time and he NEVER lost clean, I think HBK winning clean wouldn't be believeable.

I'd make this change.

Taker loses to Owen in the semi final because someone(maybe Kama) attacked Taker so Owen gets by cheating and then have Owen Vs Shawn in the final

Yeah, this is definitely a hell of a lot better than the KOTR 95 that we actually got.

Also, in "real life", Razor was injured during a ladder match against Jeff Jarrett. Did that injury happen in your "rebooking" as well?  If so, how exactly would the Hart/Razor match have gone?

Interesting idea. Weren't some of these injured for the real thing? I'd hold off having too many main events in your tourney too. And I don't think shawn needed it. His build to wm12 was glorification enough!
