im with him it gave me a virus for downloading music this is not fake im s3ri0uz it gave me a virus to but i have CA ANTI VIRUS AND IT DELETED IT AND ONE GOT INFECTED THUMBS UP IF IT GAVE U A VIRUS 2

Frostwire does NOT have a trojan, some of the music contains trojans or ARE trojans. You just need to be careful using P2P software.

Its not a trojan tards, it registers as a trojan to security scanners simply because it shares connections to other computers it is a peer to peer program and uses the same methods of transmission as does a trojan horse thats all.

That was when they had errors.. now it will not give you a virus cause i have avast too and it shows no viruses. The only thing it dose now is slow down your computer but it dose not give you a virus now. But how ever if you have a mac it could give it a virus because of the p2p feature. for me it slows down my computer so bad i jsut download it and un install it thats bout it hope this helped you people out there looking for free music remember just uninstall frostwire after you finsh useing it
