http://www.garringergasifier.com would like to show you a green way to make gas with its first consumer grade gasifer The Liberator. With the Liberator one can free them selfs from being dependent on utility companies. The Liberator extracts both gas and heat from bio-mass such as wood chip, wood chunks, wood pellets, Nut shells, celluloses and much more. The gas extracted is a fuel grade gas vapor called syngas which can be used to run most spark ignition engine up to 110hp or as small as 10hp. One of the best applications for this gas would be to fuel spark ignition generators to make power. But also could fuel a truck or SUV in a time of crisis. The heat from The Liberator Gasifier could easily heat a house and all its hot water needs. Just by adding a hot water heat exchanger kit which we will be selling soon. The core of the Liberator gets up to 1100 degrees Celsius or 2012 degrees Fahrenheit. For more info or to buy a Garringer Gasifier visit us on the web http://www.garringergasifier.com

  • The cyclone filters and pre-filters should be checked every 24hrs of operation. The pre-filters or dry scrubbing filters can be washed with just water and should last over a 100 hr of operation and cost less then 5 bucks.

  • Q. Should this equipt be put into a concrete block building with a super strong roof ? We live in S Florida and would want a hurricane proof housing.

I imagine someone in Canada would have unlimited supply of wood.

One can compact their safe garbage for burning as well

  • What is the point of a gasifier running a generator if you have 110v available? The only reason I would be interested in a gasifier is to run a generator (or vehichle) during emergency scenarios with fuel shortages.

  • ..Nasa tecnology filters etc.. pfff this is a tecnology that existed since world war 2 when most cars etc was run by it due to the gasoline shortage, and its not a secret technology in any way as exact details on how to build it is all over the net, only thing you done is added the need for 110 volt to run it, when in fact thats not even needed, so your version of the system is less versitile than the original versions that run independent without any need for electrical power

  • what kind of run times can you get with the hopper size there? powering your gen set?

  • @thedavesofourlives1 I totally agree. From what I have studied, the "trade mark" secret filters are somewhat pointless. Hay is the best type of filteration from what I have studied.

  • great but it would be nice to see how it's constructed inside

    - IE ash grate motor design, filters, etc.

your 'trade secret' filters are doing nothing but giving the oil companies more money, sharing with other people looking to build their own wouldn't hurt your sales, if people have the money they'll buy one from you.

    just my $0.02

  • Really nice man. How many hours of operation before you need to clean the filters? How many times can you reuse the filters? It seems that the tough issue with gasifiers is the filter system.
