Kafe Game Up Ep1.mov

The task was to take 31 actors and go from script concept to can, in 21 days, to produce 2 episodes for a new Web series - KAFÉ.
Working with a large ensemble cast from act4tv on this tight turn-around, the discipline here was all about teamwork. The scenes had to be trimmed back in post production to make 2 stand-alone Eps, yet still feature all the actors. In Episodes 1 & 2 we are introduced to all the characters.

This is Kafé Episode 1 entitled 'Game Up': Game Up explores spontaneous greed as we approach the season of goodwill. In the quest to get what we want, do we lose sight of what we need?

Episode 2: 'CHRISTMAS LOVE' is a succinct glimpse at love and compassion. Thematically it's about starry-eyed romance, sibling resentment, the parting of ways and acts of kindness.
Episode 3 -- Well, we haven't got there yet. We're considering Spring/Summer. Will Christine have a new scam? Will Phil propose to Vick? Would Danielle wreck their plans? Will Laura Mum seduce Richard? Will Vickie return from Australia... to find Ross has a new lover? Maybe you have some ideas?
