anyone who knows anything bout frenchies, is that most of them cannot reach with their tongues to lick their private parts. So, they're notorious for finding ways around that anatomical hurdle. I agree, I hope this poor animal has been to the vet, obviously this isn't normal for animals to just want to do. Probably has allergies or needs his anal glands expressed.

Oh please take the poor dog to your vet. He may have worms and they cause alot of itching and irritation in that area. Very cute dog!

actually it is chained up with spikes in my yard in the 110 degree heat.

It's all red with a rash and itchy. The dog has allergies.
