  • many people thought you had committed suicide since they did not see an update for months.

you're taking way too much of these pills. be careful.

  • @orangedac: I'm not taking way too many pills. 150-300mg magnesium is quite safe and normal, but thanks for your concern :) Also, I don't see how people thought I'd committed suicide when I was still logging in and replying to comments - my profile shows my last log-in time for a start!

  • you look and act adorable in this video.

  • You are a very attractive young lady.

  • Thanks for sharing! My jaw tic was inreadible anoyning to day in school. Yoga has helped me in the past a lot with my tics but i really dont have the dicipline for it. Im gonna try magnesium150mg. What was the other stuff you took? couldent quite get that..anyway have a nice day.

  • Hello there, question for you. Ever since i was a child I've noticed a multitude and range of "tics" that i experience. The first being a voluntary compulsion to move my head to the left, and i can do my best to suppress it but it generally creeps up on me where i feel i HAVE to do so.. The second being a very strong tendency to flex my calve, thigh, and arm muscles.

I'm curious as to whether or not you feel that my symptoms are similar to yours? Lately its been affecting my college work..

  • Good to see you again!

  • P.S. There's not an ounce of fat on your face! ;P

  • (continued from previous) You've given me information to combat my condition that I've put to good use and you've helped me more than you could ever know. Thank you so much for all you've done and it's so great to have you back on YouTube!! I'm thrilled your making videos again and I look forward to the next (whenever it will come)

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you so much!!! :DDDDDD I was finally diagnosed just a while back and if it wasn't for you I would have never been diagnosed with ocd and tourettes. Largely thanks to you, my life is much much better now. I feel now like I'm actually part of a community or something and it just feels so good not to be an outcast.

  • @Gickify: I've found it can take a while to build up the magnesium levels. Of course it's also affected by lots of things like your absoption rate, the balance of other nutrients in your body, the type you take, the amount you take etc. But it could take a couple of months. Keep an eye on yourself though - the changes might be so gradual that you don't realise they're happening until you realise suddenly that you're not as bad as you were. Be patient, keep going and good luck! :-)
