  • It is much easier and more genuine music making if it's possible without the conductor ( intermediare ) ! In Mozart it's possible because the orquestra is smaller so the texture of sound serves better the style of Mozart and also it is quite square from tempos point of view so easier for the orquestra to play together. I hope I answered your question johnlobinstown.
