more testing is needed to make this process usable , it can be done but only under
percise cercumstances, must not exceed 328 deg C or the sodium will dissolve in the NaOH
also do not use silver or some other metals to refine the sodium or it will solder to it.

  • I'm sure that the H2 and O2 came from the water in the NaOH

  • @wb5rue nope they actualy make gas generaters outa high temp liquid sodium hydroxide gas generaters, look it up

  • thanx so much for pursuing this. i've always been curious about this stuff and you're probably saving my ass from a nasty accident when i can just watch you do it

  • @5naxalotl yes it is nice to learn from failers of others, u tube is good for that

  • @Khaied345 , i have yet to try the carbon process, ima try sum fish tank filter carbon and naoh and see what happens wen i get a garage to try it in

  • At least better than NaCl. I had to waste my blow torch fuel! I had to go 801 Celcius and got only 0.01 gram of impure sodium.
