Sprint Championships 2009 - QLD Squad

Commissioned by the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) and Australian Canoeing, Sportscene covered the Australian Canoeing Sprint Championships 2009 in Perth.

We set up a You Tube Channel (AustralianCanoeing) and published a news flash every day. Before the races commenced we visited the NSW and QLD Squads and published two news flashes where you can see them preparing.

In this QLD news flash you will meet Ken Wallace, David Smith, Matthew Urquhart, Andrea Wood, Bernadette Wallace and Lindsay Fogarty preparing for the races. We visit them at the AIS training facility at Pizzey Park, Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast.
