Chain Suspended Lockout

This exercise is a great way to overload the top end of your bench press. It also aids in increased muscle recruitment since the weight is heavier than a normal bench. This will help increase muscle recruitment even during your lighter sets of bench press.

Movement can be overloaded with chains or bands.

triceps, lats, shoulders, forearms

  • Also builds tendon strength and inhibit the golgi reflex, or is it golgo bodies or something. Anyways good tip!
