Chain Suspended Lockout
This exercise is a great way to overload the top end of your bench press. It also aids in increased muscle recruitment since the weight is heavier than a normal bench. This will help increase muscle recruitment even during your lighter sets of bench press.
Movement can be overloaded with chains or bands.

triceps, lats, shoulders, forearms
Also builds tendon strength and inhibit the golgi reflex, or is it golgo bodies or something. Anyways good tip!
