Again, Phish plays TH tunes like Phish. And that's wonderful. I love Phish. But SAIEW is a tribute band, which is why Curtis (lead singer) is doing the strong Byrne impression. And he does it well. You need to see this band live before you dump on 'em.
Funny, I've said that same thing to people who didn't "get" Phish, and it usually proved true. :)
That being said, you are right ~ Phish totally destroys when they do CE&P...always a burner, and a welcome addition to any setlist!

I saw these guys in Charleston, and I was completely blown away.
That being said, the Phish Remain In Light is an excellent read of the album. They made it their own. SAIEW is a tribute band, and their show reflected the live sound of TH--->Phish was doing their own thing, to a degree. I wouldn't compare them. Plus, these guys do this stuff every night, and Phish just rehearsed it for one show.
