Get prepared for martial law. In this episode segment:

2. Checkpoints in America are looked at as the Border Patrol is Checkmated at their own Arizona Checkpoint 100 miles from the border with Mexico.

This is the best way to deal with border patrol checkpoint officers, at least until they declare martial law to enforce swine/avian flu quarantines.
1. "Ask if you are being detained."
2. "If yes, why am I being detained?"
3. "If no, am I free to go?"
Nothing else. These border patrol officers have no actual authority to detain you that is unless you appear to be an illegal alien, transporting illegal aliens, are intoxicated, driving recklessly, transporting illegal weapons or carrying contraband.

Do not give them probable cause. Keep in mind, that if you are not violating a Federal Law they could detain you for violating a state or local law and hold you until other enforcement officers arrive. You can let them know that you do not like being treated like a criminal, if they attempt to detain you. Be calm. If you are acting particularly nervous, that could be probable cause.

You can video tape the entire encounter if you like, unless you live in the UK. Bare in mind that it is illegal to video tape police officers in the UK. They can video tape you all they want. If you want to know more on how to deal with the police see Youtube user theAntiTerrorist.

Please Note: Once martial law is declared there may be checkpoints at all natural choke points, typically bridges at river crossings or passes through mountains. These tactics may no longer work once martial law is declared, because you may have no rights, and be forced to do exactly as the the border patrol officer or military demands as they escort you to Camp FEMA.

I have advice for would be freedom fighters. When you make yourself known by fighting the powers that be on video etc, You will have a reserved spot in a fema camp immediatly upon martial law going into effect. Fight for your rights without telling the cia who you are and where you live..moron. They cant detain you now, but they will soon be able to detain you for periods alot longer than a few minutes.
