Our Musicfest NW insider, Ben Meyercord got to spend the day downtown with Bo Kwon, the owner of Koi Fusion. Koi has been around for a few years now, establishing themselves as one of the first food trucks in Portland. With their delectable mashup of Korean meats and tacos, Oregonians follow them all over the city to get their hands on this grub.
Bo and his staff are sneakerheads, always rocking boxfresh kicks and NSW tees. They are also obsessed with music, with hip hop blasting from the truck on a daily basis. So it just made sense to partner with them on the Koi Fusion x Nike Sportswear Destroyer Burrito.
So what is a Destroyer Burrito? Simply, they are Nike Sportswear Destroyer Jackets packed in foil, like a giant burrito as big as your head. To get one, you needed tobe a Twitter follower of either Koi or Nike Sportswear. The message gave out special instructions:
1. Go to the Koi Fusion truck down
2. Check in via Facebook Places
3. Order the secret menu item, the Destroyer Burrito
4. Receive your Destroyer Burrito, along with a free burrito of your choice!

I waited 2 hours in one to get that free jacket. They even ran out and brought more. I got the gray destroyer and they actually asked for my size. Well worth the 2 hours. At that time I used to work at NiKe HQ in Beaverton
