KILLING OF POLITICIAN captured on camera

CCTV video of the actual killing of a City Council candidate in the northern Philippines. This exclusive footage is being used with permission from BALITANGAMIANAN, a small local TV channel in my hometown. (ATTENTION YOUTUBE: You can contact me if you need information about permission for this video. I am putting this up with permission from the station.)

The shooting occurred in October 2010. Look at the right hand side of the video and you will see the assassin, who was the passenger of a motorcycle. While the victim (center of the video) was paying for his gasoline, the assassin gets off the motorcycle, runs fast toward the victim, points his pistol at the back of the politician's head and fires one round. The victim drops like a log and the assassin pumps three more bullets in the head using a .45-caliber pistol. The victim died on the scene, police said.

ENLARGE THE VIDEO, MAKE IT FULL SCREEN TO SEE IT BETTER. You might want to rewind it to see how everybody else reacted. Note the car that was about to pull up for gas, but the driver quickly drives away. The driver was obviously not armed. If I were that driver, I would have followed that getaway motorcycle, bumped it and dropped the assassin and his driver like logs. Then, as they picked themselves up, scratching their dizzy heads, I would introduce my loyal friend. He's not very friendly. He barks real loud. And he's not a dog.
