Here is a Kettlebell Bent Press with one 45LB Kettlebell and one 15LB Kettlebell. Excellent total body exercise!

  • if you're thinking about trying kettlebells, don't listen to terrystrand. kettlebells sit in your hand much differently than dumbells especially at higher weights. plus, i wouldn't recommend doing a kb swing or consecutive clean-and-presses with a dumbell; you'll be focused more on it not breaking your knees or slamming into your thighs than actually exercising.

  • @motule if you try kettlebells and get proper tuition then their is almost no force on the wrist joint but plenty on the grip.
