The Universe is Not Stuck. It is actually hauling ass. Simply put, every galaxy is filled with "star dust" (interstellar gas), the remains (debris fields) of spent stars. Most stars remain inside the debris field while others occasionally breach the surface of this field of "dust" as they orbit other, more massive, stars and are thus exposed to increased proton bombardment. By controlling exposure to cosmic radiation, this stellar mechanism determines the Earth's climate by its effect on "Total Solar Irradiance" (cloud cover).

So, why does Obama say that he will veto the Canada Pipeline development project-- after you re-elect him? Either Obama is just plain ignorant of science or he is an economic terrorist bent on the destruction of the United States.

Note: Obama "put off a decision" on TransCanada Corp's proposed Keystone XL pipeline for "18 months" (Until after the November elections of 2012). The Canadian oil industry will now be forced to build a long and expensive pipeline across the Rocky Mountains to its west coast in order to sell this "dirty oil" (tar sands crude) to Communist China.
