They did it today on me, and it was a scary moment. Thinking i would feel it. the last thing i felt was the injection of the anathesia. i did everything exactly, laid on my right side and stay monitored. the procedure took less than a minute, it was the waiting time that took long. For anyone who is going to have this done, don't freak out. they sedate you with a special thing there and you feel good. she even showed me my sample she took off, it wasn't pretty !

i had one last week, and it doens't hurt. What hurts the most was the anesthetic, and the fear you get.

I had a liver biopsy when I was 16 (48 now so it WAS a long time ago) they went through my back and used a moving xray image on a monitor, I was not allowed to get out of bed for about 12 hours (had to use a bedpan), Was okay BTW, passing protien in urine so they tested in case something was wrong.
