Fort Hood to justify Afghan surge? What the healthcare sham really means.

The Stench of Truth 242 The Fort Hood shooter really caught me off guard for where this is headed. I hate to predict anything but I will say that this is primed to be used as a justification by Obama of an upsurge in troops to Afghanistan and increased attacks in Pakistan to "protect" us from the "Islamic extremists" who are even now in our country...ahem. What does the healthcare fiasco passed by the House really mean? This is not about the government taking anything over and never has been. Once they can force you into entering a business relationship with a private entity they will use it to remove every safety net that there is. Medicare will go and then Social Security as they mandate you to invest money with greedy bastards that will rob you blind for your retirement. This is about the complete selling out of our government to private business.

the more i think about fort hood the more it doesnt add up. 1 shooter 2 handguns lets say he had 17 round mags, they said about 100 rounds fired. he would have had to reload at least 3 times. so he walked in with two guns at least 3 mags. he was able to reload 3 times with not one person stopping him? he wasnt in a daycare center here these were war vets and not one stopped him? it doesnt add up!

You know something Ted, I seen this shit coming years ago. That's why I have 2 annuity accounts, and a medical savings account. I'm permanently disabled now, due to a work related accident that all but destroyed my lungs. I'm eligible for both social security and medicare because of my disability, and I've paid into it my entire adult life. But because I have a monthly income due to my annuities, and a medical savings account, plus own my own home, I have too large a net worth to collect, ever.

I totally agree! They {Our Greedy Corrupt Govt} have dipped into Social Security and have used the money, for who knows what! Everything the Govt touches seems to be handled by an enept body! Pathetic, to say the least!

I don't need no freakin government safety net, I just want to be able to keep the one I've spent my whole life working to build. Even when you plan for the future, the fucking government, and the corporate motherfuckers, screw you out of it. If I was worth enough to buy a fucking island in the middle of nowhere, I surely would. I've about had it!

Yes, that is true. But with the economic downturn in the last few years, I've seen my annuity income shrink substantially. It's down to slightly more than SSI would pay me. Also, since I've been a lifelong smoker, I'm not eligible for a new lung, so my medical savings account has only been used to obtain an O2 generator. Plus, with all the taxes I'm required to pay on my property and capital gains on ALL my accounts, I'll probably have to sell my home in the next few years. We're all fucked.

I had the very same fear. Even if it sounds paranoid but I allready KNEW that they would hype this up... I knew that they would start talking about islamic terrorism and shit... when they mentioned his (the shooters) name.
