hehe i feed my 2 baby res theirs little round pellets and fish... i put the fish in the tank so they dont die and the turtles sometimes try to catch them but their to fast so ill kill the fish and dunk the fish's head in the water and they will fight for it but they have cought 1 befor :) ur turtle is prety quick.. hey od they like crickets? b/c i might buy some because they really cant swim.... the turtles wont have to put up much of a fight to try and catch them

My turtle loves crickets. He has some feeder fish in his tank but he can't catch them. He'll eat just about any insect. I buy the crickets at petsmart and they have their own little cage made just for them by Lee's. I feed the crickets a calcium enriched food by Fluckers, this makes them more heathy for the turtle. Turtles need a lot of calcium. I wish the best of luck to you and your turtles.
