JEKYLL, "Come On Closer" (Watch in HD)

LIGHT SPOILERS. I kept them to a minimum for one reason - the BBC's Jekyll is so absolutely awesome that I didn't want to spoil anything for potential viewers.

You should definitely watch Jekyll. Either get it through Netflix or buy the DVD (which is unedited and includes deleted scenes). I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates dark comedy, horror, suspense, fun psychopaths, or just perfect writing and astounding acting. Tom Jackman (Jekyll) and Hyde are both played by James Nesbitt. Instead of relying on a ton of makeup and prosthetics, the physical differences between the two were kept subtle...but Nesbitt portrayed the characters so differently that you forget they're being played by the same man.

@BellesAngel I figured it would be up your alley ;) Thanks for the feedback, hon! And definitely, I highly recommend this one. It was a 6 part series that aired on the BBC in 2007. You can buy the DVD or cough, cough, torrent, cough, isohunt, cough LOL But even if you do get it online, you'll wind up wanting the DVD anyway. The uncut episodes are on there and you will have a really hard time finding those online.

@Keenir :D Thanks hon! So happy to hear it! And yeah, I miss the series, too. They really should have continued. :( But I've been cheering myself up with marathon viewings of the show and making vids. Who knows? Maybe I'll write a few fanfics for the series, too.

You've sold me. I need to watch this now. Lovely work! My only complaint is the song choice. While I enjoy Jem, this particular song just felt too repetitive for such an all-over-the-place video. But this was still incredible, so I'm sure that's just me being nit-picky.

And just to gush a bit more... the eye clearing and clouding over every few beats? Completely awesome.

I know that this video is going to cause a massive raise in sales of the DVD from BBC America that maybe they'll have to re-think if making a sequel is worth funding. We Yanks love all things Brit. You should earn a commission for promotion,LOL. Fantastic job as always. I loved it.
