Attacked by Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) While Trying to Nap

This video is actually two 13-second segments from a 3-minute video spliced together to make a shorter video. The short story is, I am being tortured (actually, slowly murdered) with directed-energy weapons by corrupt people within the U.S. government. Do you have any scientific evidence that electromagnetic radiation can affect the nervous system in the way that you're experiencing?

The precise DEW weapon that I think is being used to experiment on me is called the PEP (Pulsed Energy Projectile) weapon, and a rare FOIA (freely released, declassified) document on it is on my website. @birthmother909 It would be a waste of time, money, resources and manpower if it weren't the fact that it's an ***experiment*** to test the **human effects** of a very powerful Directed Energy Weapon (DEW). Apparently, not too many ppl want to **volunteer** to be shot in the brain with a DEW weapon. Therefore, corrupt ppl in our govt/military PICK innocent American citizens to be experimented on (= no less than torture).

@mikematloff As for what makes me an especially good "target" for experimentation: It's because I have some history of mental illness, have no kids or wife, and have a small, geographically separated family, among other reasons = perfect "cover" for the government. (Something the government calls "plausible deniabilty")

@SuperBingo21 I have heard many people complain of hearing transmitted voices or something they call "voice to skull" (v2k), but I have never experienced this, so I cannot comment on that. I do know that under EXTREME STRESS such as when someone is tortured, the mind can break down and it can seem like you're hearing external voices.

@Demontechnology I know. What is done to me is wrong--and I know people in positions of power in the government/military/defense contractors are involved. I think there is corruption in our government--probably mafia--and their "motivation" may well be experimentation. I read somewhere that obtaining experimental data on the effects of these directed energy weapons on humans was a MAJOR priority for the military.
