Evidence of Mr. Plias' intense interrogation, premature conclusions of law, and fear imposed upon Surya are conspicuously evident in Surya's written statement. Take for example, Surya's statement "I didn't realize that this was bullying so when I did I stopped and just left and went to my other friend."

This statement at minimum invites suspicion. To believe that Surya, a 12 year old child, voluntarily, knowingly and willfully violated the school anti-bulling policy and New Jersey anti-bullying law, by uttering a single remark to his musical band colleague at a high school football, and subsequently within seconds of time to instantly return to his law abiding senses, and fully withdraw from further commitment of unlawful act by "joining his other friends" is a self-incriminating recounting of facts that defies common sense and credibility.

Most importantly the students, especially minors, should be informed of her/his rights to admit or deny the charges, and see his/her parents, before ever submitting documentation by school administrators wherein the student by force or fear of sanction admits to violating school policies authorized by governing state laws that could invoke severe sanctions upon the students.


Based on the forgoing, it is evident that FMG and the Springfield BOE significantly deprived Surya of his constitutional right to Due Process. Surya was forced to produce incriminating evidence, at the outset of a concealed investigation, without provision for presenting his side of the case. His academic record is wrongfully blemished for acts that were not even his own, and remains subject to future harm as a result of these recorded school code of conduct violations on his academic record.

The Incident: On Saturday afternoon Oct. 15, 2011 three students from FMG Gaudineer Middle School in Springfield; Joshua, Mike and Surya were all standing on the side lines of the grounds of Union High School Grounds to play with their Band. Joshua had his Sticks in his hands, Mike had his Saxophone hanging in his neck and Surya had his Saxophone hanging in his neck; they were all standing in a kind of semi circle. They were also surrounded by other students and parents were sitting on the bleachers. All of a sudden Mike called the name of Joshua and said, "there was a special Bus taking Joshua Home later." He further said "Right Surya". Then Surya said, "Yeah there is" and walked away from there to join his Band and other close friends.

Surya was on the scene for 2-3 minutes only and Joshua & Mike are not his friends and he do not socialize with them at all. With Joshua he has Spanish and with Mike he has Spanish and Band as common classes.

The Findings-: According to the FMG investigator Supervisor Michael Plias; Mike was goofing off when he made the comment to Joshua that there was a special bus taking Joshua home later. Mike realized after speaking with Mr. Plias that what he said was wrong.

Mr. Plias concluded that Surya being an Hindu is a grown up intelligent adult; is writing that Surya admitted that he went along with the comment because he thought it was "funny and cool". When he realized that he was bullying, he stopped, moved away, and joined his other friends. All this thinking and serious realization by Surya in that 2-3 minutes very brief encounter with Joshua and Mike how amazing! May be being an Hindu he is capable of this kind of serious thinking and same age Mike is so dumb he only realized after speaking with Mr. Plias what he has done was wrong!

I was indoctrinated by Jewish propaganda in my schools as well.

Students were forced to take trips to Holocaust Museums each and every year.

Americans must stand up to Jewish bullying.

The Revolt was not only confined to just North India, there were widespread risings in Gujarat, the modern-day Pakistan, North Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Bengal , Assam , even modern-day Bangladesh. IT IS A PITY NO INDIAN TALKS ABOUT IT.

It is not a question of religion. It is a question of race. The Jews were known as kikes and had to overcome discrimination themselves. Unfortunately those who have undergone discrimination and suppression enjoy doing the same to other races. That is the irony. The Jews have successfuly taken over the media, economy and power as well and influence politics. The indians have to come to this stage with unity, without compromising and speaking up when wronged. I congratulate Surya for that.

Bravo to Surya for standing up for his rights. Black kids go through this and now the Indian kids. Not just in Springfied but other New Jersey schools as well. There is no accountability prescribed for the administrators and it is so subjective that they can say anything and get away with it. In my mind the Board of Education is a puppet strung by the Superintendent, and have no idea of how students are treated, how teachers are evaluated but know how well to say yeh or nay or just keep shut.

Anyway, just finished the video.Kudos to Surya to not take BS and taking it to the highest authority in the state. More and more publicized incidents like this will ensure that minority communities like ours will not be victimized or taken for granted arrogantly.

Hmm, coming to NJ bashing, can we imagine how a twelve year old in the same situation would be treated by authorities/politicians in India - probably just be shushed and taken away. Pros & cons are everywhere, no place is good or bad!

Reminding all Americans in 2011 about the Holocaust again and again, is surely an extreme, agreed. But where do we see indoctrination here? It is a reminder to all of us about hatreds that can be unleashed with falsehoods even in educated people and the after-effects. The museums are not inciting hatred against any community (except maybe facists and Nazis).

Instead of telling the Jews to stop, maybe Indians also need to smartly publicize the atrocities that were suffered by them over the ages.
