Bursts of joy is a heart warming, heartfelt story of a young boy who from the depths of sadness from being bullied at school, emerges into a boy filled with love due to a meeting with a bright red balloon, his new best friend. Their friendship develops into something that brings a smile to every face. The balloon brings light into the life of the young boy who not only finds a new best friend but also is lead, by the balloon, to a beautiful girl with a bright blue balloon in her hand.
