Don't tell me 20 roundabouts require less maintenance. Cutting grass, planting flowers, watering and repairing cars driving over curbs would probably require a full time crew. That means more health insurance and more pensions. The Mayor refers to "discretionary" transportation dollars. GOVERNMENTS SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED DISCRETIONARY DOLLARS. He's a typical politician. Your money is really the government's money and the government gets to decide how much you keep, not how much it takes.
