It is blatantly not. It really doesn't sound like him at all, for one. Secondly, this was an official remix release, I've found out, but I can't find where to download it anywhere! It's nowhere online except on YouTube and Niconico. I also located the SSH remix you were talking about and it sounds nothing like this and I don't like it all that much.
