Somehow, the sport had many characters as well as players, 'Fats' being one of the biggest characters of the game, whereas the sport seems to have much more players than characters anymore, but I guess that it's probably because more players are trying to be more professional to some degree or another.
Long live the memories of legends from the past, and long life, good health and success to all the players of today and tomorrow :)
