  • yeah this helps not one bit. and EXCUSE ME but arthur ashe had tennis elbow so don't give me that "weekend warrior" b.s....

  • Be careful and ice it as much as you can. It's now 4 months for me and I'm suffering from it on both arms. I've seen many docs and they can't do anything for me! Sucks! but what can I do...? Just ice, ice, ice... it helps.

  • i feel your pain..i also think lifting has to do with it..now my elbow hurts when i bench or curl or do almost anything..

  • I have Tennis Elbow and never play the sport. I do however lift weights, type, and Play video games which could have let to it. Its now been 2 months and im still suffering.

  • Eveybody nows that Tennis Elbow, in case tennis players, is originated by a bad reverse, not properly. BUT the question is, what the hell is a bad backhand and what is a good moviment??? Please, take a raquet and give some examples... show how to play in a good way..

  • Tennis elbow is the result of playing tennis in a dark age. This age is based on not being enlightened and not recreating tennis as an ambidextrous exercise. Your perscription is based on sports medicine, but not mind / body medicine.
